According to the Provisional Regulations on Registration and Administration of Private Non-Enterprise Units, Article 25, Paragraph 1, Item 3, the Ministry of Civil Affairs has issued a warning administrative penalty to the Service Center of the International Non-profit Organization of the Chamber of Commerce.
At the same time, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Credit Information of Social Organizations," the Ministry of Civil Affairs has included it in the list of abnormal activities of social organizations from the date when the administrative penalty takes effect.
