Berlin (dpa) - Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania's Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig has rejected hopes of rapid relaxation of the corona requirements.

You see the mutations of the corona virus with great concern, said the SPD politician on Friday evening in an ARD "Extra".

"Then, I think, we will talk less about easing, and more about tightening," emphasized Schwesig.

Schwesig was annoyed about the slow deliveries of corona vaccines.

Almost everything comes to a standstill because the vaccine is missing.

The European Union ordered too late and too little.

"That is really bitter," said the SPD politician.

Before the vaccination summit on Monday, she asked the federal government for more clarity and binding force.

You have to know on site when which delivery is coming.
