“In connection with the calls from the media and the Internet from citizens to participate in unauthorized actions, we inform you that on January 31, 2021, restrictions on the movement of pedestrians will be introduced in the central part of Moscow,” the message says.

In addition, from 08:00 the entrance and exit of the metro station will be closed.

We are talking about the stations Aleksandrovsky Sad, Okhotny Ryad, Teatralnaya, Ploshchad Revolyutsii, Kuznetsky Most, Lubyanka, Kitai-Gorod.

The police warned that for calls and participation in unauthorized actions, liability is provided in accordance with the law, up to criminal.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia urged citizens to refrain from participating in uncoordinated actions.
