According to the latest update of the data of the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours there have been 13,574 new cases with 268,750 swabs and 477 victims.

Yesterday there were 14,372 cases with 275,179 swabs and 492 deaths. 



In Emilia Romagna 1,320 new positives and 65 deaths


There are 1,320 new cases of Cronavirus positivity discovered in Emilia-Romagna on the basis of 23,361 swabs, both molecular and antigenic.

There are also 65 new victims: the youngest are two men aged 51 and 54 who died in the province of Forlì-Cesena.

According to data from the regional bulletin updated at 12 noon, 561 new positives are asymptomatic, identified through screening and contact tracing.

The active cases, that is the actual patients, drop to 47,345 and 95% of them are in home isolation, because they do not require special care.

There are 209 patients admitted to intensive care (stable compared to yesterday), 2,172 those in the other Covid departments (-70).

In total, there have been 9,427 deaths in the region since the beginning of the epidemic. 



In Campania 1,175 new positives and 21 deaths


The Crisis Unit of the Campania region announced that the positives of the day are 1,175 (of which 105 cases identified by rapid antigen tests) of which asymptomatic: 999 and symptomatic: 71 out of 14,380 swabs ( of which 2,021 antigenic).

The total of positives rises to 219,418 (of which 1,167 antigenic) out of 2,397,782 swabs (of which 21,099 antigenic).

There are 21 new deaths (7 who died in the last 48 hours and 14 who died previously but registered yesterday) for a total of 3,725.

The new healed are 3,101 which bring the total number to 154,051.

ICU beds available: 656;

occupied: 95. Available hospital beds: 3,160;

employed: 1,425.



Lazio, 1,160 cases and 48 deaths


Today in Lazio "out of over 12 thousand swabs in Lazio (-770) and over 14 thousand antigenic for a total of over 27 thousand tests, there are 1,160 positive cases (-103), 48 deaths ( +5) and +1.517 the recovered. Cases and hospitalizations are decreasing and intensive care is stable, while deaths increase. The ratio between positives and swabs is 9%, but if we also consider the antigenic ones the percentage drops to 4%. Cases in Rome city return to 600. The risk scenario changes to moderate ".

This was underlined by the councilor for Health and Social and Health Integration of the Lazio Region Alessio D'Amato in the bulletin at the end of the videoconference of the regional task force for Covid-19 with the general directors of the ASL and hospitals, university polyclinics and the Bambino Gesù pediatric hospital.



Puglia, 1,069 new cases and 24 deaths


12.1% of the 8,775 tests processed to ascertain coronavirus infection in Puglia gave a positive result.

There are 1,069 new cases of contagion.

The victims of the covid were 24. The healed from the beginning of the epidemic to today are 65,539, 1,115 more than yesterday.

52,278 are currently positive, of which 1,569 are hospitalized.



Veneto, 985 new positives and 53 deaths


"We did 40,820 swabs in the last 24 hours, with a response of 985 positives, which is exactly 2.41%. We have an incidence rate of less than 4%, in Europe we went from dark red to red and now we are one of the few regions with a green color. The number of positives today are 36,965, yesterday 44 thousand. The hospitalized 2,300 divided as follows: non-critical area 2,022 (-64), 278 in intensive care (-5) . The deaths in the last 24 hours are 53, 14,162 have been discharged. In terms of mortality we are the eighth region in Italy, but the first phase has weighed ".

These are the data communicated by the governor Luca Zaia in the press point on the emergency in Veneto.



Piedmont, 944 new cases and 38 deaths


Today the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region communicated 944 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 129 after antigen tests), equal to 4.1% of the 22,841 swabs performed, of which 14,851 antigenic.

Of the 944 new cases, 361 were asymptomatic (38.2%).

The cases are divided as follows: 184 screenings, 472 case contacts, 288 with ongoing investigation: by area: 49 RSA / Social-Welfare Structures, 102 schools, 793 general population.

The total of positive cases thus becomes 225,860.

There are 150 hospitalized in intensive care (-1 compared to yesterday).

Non-intensive care patients are 2163 (-31 compared to yesterday).

There are 10,207 people in home isolation.

The diagnostic swabs processed so far are 2,465,804 (+22,841 compared to yesterday), of which 1,020,080 were negative.

There are 38 deaths of positive people in the Covid-19 test reported by the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region, of which 2 occurred today (please note that the cumulative updated data communicated daily also includes deaths that occurred in the previous days and only subsequently ascertained as Covid deaths).

The total is now 8774 deaths who tested positive for the virus.



South Tyrol, 590 cases and 3 deaths


In South Tyrol there are 590 new cases of Covid-19 out of 7,537 swabs processed in the last 24 hours.

The province of Bolzano from Sunday, and until February 15, will become an indication of the European Union, "dark red zone".

This means that all deli will be closed.

Of the new positivity that emerged yesterday, 317 come from the analysis of 2,526 molecular swabs and 273 from 5,011 antigen tests carried out.

Yesterday 3 people died due to coronavirus or related to it for a total figure from the beginning of the pandemic of 862. From 24 February 2020, the day of the first case ascertained in South Tyrol, 35,447 out of 178,089 tested were positive for the molecular swab.

There are 23,336 people who had a positive molecular swab and are now cured.

The pressure on hospitals remains stable but still very high: covid patients hospitalized in normal wards are 219 while those in need of intensive care are 30. There are 153 covid patients hospitalized in affiliated private structures. which currently are 13,351.



In Friuli Venezia Giulia 393 cases


Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia out of 6,817 molecular swabs, 393 new infections have been detected with a positive percentage of 5.76%.

In addition, 2,616 rapid antigenic tests have been carried out, from which 164 cases (6.27%) were detected.

There are 16 deaths recorded, plus two on 13 and 18 January 2021. The admissions in intensive care units drop to 59 and those in other departments to 605. This was announced by the deputy governor with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.



Marche, 371 new cases


A total of 632 'Covid-19' patients assisted in the hospitals of the Marche, 12 less than yesterday, of which 613 (-8) hospitalized in the wards and 19 (-4) in the emergency rooms.

73 people are assisted in intensive care, three more than the previous day.

This is what emerges from the second bulletin of the regional health service.

The other 397 (-4) patients are hospitalized in non-intensive wards.

A total of 43,714 were discharged-healed, 378 more than yesterday.

In the Marche region, the overall positive cases diagnosed in the last 25 hours were 371 and the total has risen to 54,660 since the beginning of the crisis.

The number of those in voluntary isolation in their own homes has decreased again, now 15,066 (-325);

among these, the symptomatic subjects are 4,360 (-71), with 682 (-12) health workers in quarantine.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, 176,248 people from the Marches who voluntarily spent the period of isolation at home, 409,342 cases diagnosed and 678,817 swabs processed, a number that also includes the tests carried out on the same person and the path healed.



Abruzzo, 343 new cases and 7 deaths


The Covid 19 positivity rate in Abruzzo rises to 6.4 per cent with 343 new positives on 5353 tests and with 7 deaths in the region.

There are a total of 42059 positive cases of Covid 19 registered in Abruzzo since the beginning of the emergency.

The currently positives in Abruzzo are 10,068 (+2 compared to yesterday).

Since the start of the Coronavirus emergency, a total of 612639 molecular swabs (+3848 compared to yesterday) and 55785 antigen tests (+1505 compared to yesterday) have been performed.



In Liguria 25 deaths and 338 new cases


In Liguria there are a further 25 deaths of people positive to coronavirus, according to the latest bulletin released by the Region.

Eight of these relate to 2020. There have been 3,325 victims since the beginning of the emergency.

There are 655 hospitalized in the hospital, the number unchanged from yesterday: of these, 64 are in intensive care.

There are 338 new infections;

4,318 molecular swabs were performed in the last 24 hours, 813,393 since the start of the emergency.

2,961 rapid antigenic swabs were also carried out in one day, 35,673 since last January 14th.

Of the 77,540 vaccines delivered, 56,025 were administered, or 72%.



Sardinia, 7 deaths and 257 cases


There are 257 new cases of Covid in Sardinia, where 574,708 swabs were performed, of which 9,722 rapid antigenic swabs, for an overall increase of 5,473 tests compared to the previous figure and a positive rate of 4.6% .

On the island there are also 7 deaths for a total of 976 since the beginning of the emergency.

The total number of positive cases ascertained rose to 38,141.

453 patients are currently hospitalized in non-intensive wards (-12 compared to yesterday's figure), while 40 (-3) are in intensive care.

There are 15,594 people in home isolation.

The healed are a total of 20,726 (+514), while the people declared clinically cured on the island are currently 352.



In Calabria 253 new cases and 3 deaths


"In Calabria to date 484,853 subjects have been subjected to tests for a total of 512,266 swabs performed. . The people tested positive for coronavirus are 32,329 (+253 compared to yesterday), those negative 452,524 ".

This was announced by the Calabria Region in the daily bulletin of coronavirus data: since the beginning of the emergency, deaths are 585 (+3 compared to yesterday), the healed are 22,715 (+299 compared to yesterday), hospitalizations are 294 ( data unchanged from yesterday).  



8 new cases in Valle d'Aosta


There are 8 new cases of coronavirus that have emerged in Valle d'Aosta for a total of 7,780, while the figure for deaths remains unchanged at 403.

This was reported by the Region's bulletin, according to which the current positives are 10 fewer (253) in 24 hours and the healed grow by 18 units, that is 7,123 since the beginning of the pandemic.

The swabs carried out to date amount to 69,596 (+146).
