Mainz (dpa / lrs) - The CDU parliamentary group announced on Friday in the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament that it would submit the promotion affair in state ministries to the constitutional court.
The CDU MP Helmut Martin accused the state government of the SPD, FDP and the Greens of veiling.
With her answer to a major question from his group, she only tried to “save herself about the timing of the election”.
"My group will therefore appeal to the Constitutional Court and check whether the answer is constitutional."
The state election in Rhineland-Palatinate is on March 14th.
