Potsdam (dpa / bb) - The number of corona infections in Brandenburg has risen again, according to the Ministry of Health.
The ministry announced on Thursday at 8 a.m. that 685 new cases were reported within one day.
There were 675 cases on Wednesday and 352 on Tuesday.
A week ago on Thursday, 1055 new infections were reported.
38 patients died in connection with Corona, 65 deaths were reported on Wednesday.
According to the information, 2283 deaths from or with Covid-19 have been registered nationwide.
Corona focus is still the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district, where the seven-day incidence - the number of infections per 100,000 inhabitants within one week - is 316.6.
The lowest value was determined in the district of Märkisch-Oderland with 74.6.
For the whole of Brandenburg, the value fell to 155.1 after 163 on Wednesday.
The goal of the federal and state governments is a number below 50.

53 565 people are estimated to have recovered - 1232 more than the day before.
