Mönchengladbach (dpa / lnw) - Marco Rose still does not want to comment on his future.

«Rumors, point one.

And point two: If that doesn't go down well with me, let's just leave it, ”said the Borussia Mönchengladbach coach on Thursday when asked about his release clause in the summer.

The 44-year-old has been associated with Borussia Dortmund for months.

The form curve of BVB showed clearly down again under the new coach Edin Terzic, who initially only has a contract until the end of the season.

Rose still has a contract in Gladbach until 2022, but also has an exit clause.

According to media reports, Rose should be able to leave Borussia for a transfer fee of five million euros.

Rose has so far avoided a commitment to Borussia vom Niederrhein, with which he was the Bundesliga front runner for a long time last season and is currently in the round of 16 of the Champions League.

This is another reason why many observers expect a move to BVB, which, however, threatens to miss the financially lucrative Champions League.

Some experts recently advised Rose to stay in Gladbach.

With Borussia, the Leipziger is currently fifth in the table.
