WELT:

Ms. Jehniche, the Berlin Senator for Justice has announced that it will overturn the neutrality law this year.

What do you mind?

Karina Jehniche:

We have students from 49 nations and more than 90 percent of the migrants.

Some of the students come from war zones.

They may then have to study with someone who comes from a country that is antagonistic to their own homeland, partly for religious reasons.
