Hu Weilin, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1962 in Yueyang, Hunan. He has a bachelor's degree in correspondence from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, a graduate of economic management, and a senior accountant.
The current vice chairman of the 12th Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, secretary and director of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
Li Min, male, Han nationality, born in May 1963, from Nanjing, Jiangsu, with a doctoral degree, graduated from Central South University with a major in probability theory and mathematical statistics, and a second-level researcher.
He is currently the vice chairman of the 12th Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the executive vice minister of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
The meeting also added Xiang Enming (Tujia), Li Shaoyang, Yang Xiaojin, Xiao Lingzhi, Huang Fang (female), Huang Tiansong, Cai Deyi, and Liao Hongbing as standing members of the 12th Hunan Provincial Political Consultative Conference.
