　　Yin Li, male, Han nationality, born in August 1962, from Linyi, Shandong (born in Jinan, Shandong), joined the Communist Party of China in June 1983, started work in September 1987, graduate degree, doctor of medicine.

Alternate member of the 18th CPC Central Committee, member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
