Russian President Vladimir Putin's health problems are getting worse, and the Ukrainian intelligence officials argue that this has started preparations for the transfer of power.

The Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Agency recently published an information report with this content on its site.

In this report, dubbed the'White Paper of 2021', the intelligence agency analyzed that "Putin's increasingly clear health problems and physical difficulties in performing the state's normal role have actually initiated a period of power transfer in Russia"

Yet, regardless of the specific method of power transfer, it was analyzed that Putin's political line and political influence would remain intact by his successor even if Putin leaves power.

President Putin's health ideals have been raised from time to time, but the Kremlin has always dismissed it as an'information war to shake the situation in Russia'.

The British press, The Sun, cited its own Russian source in November last year, and reported that Putin is suffering from Parkinson's disease and that he could retire earlier this year because of poor health.

The newspaper claimed that according to observers who analyzed the video of President Putin, Putin was in pain when he grabbed the handle of a chair, and that his fingers twitched while holding a pen or cup.

"There's nothing to comment on. It's completely bullshit," said Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Kremlin, refuting the report. "The president's health is very good."

Russia adopted a constitutional amendment through a referendum in July last year that would allow President Putin, who is currently in office for the fourth term, to continue in office until 2036, when he turns 84.
