Regulations that entertainment venues such as dance halls and bowling alleys are not allowed to operate after 11 o'clock at night.
Sobyanin said that regulations will be made on the mode of schooling in Moscow's universities before February 6.
Currently all universities in Moscow are taught remotely.
Sobyanin mentioned that the current new crown epidemic is improving.
