Customers at Swedbank, Ica-banken and Länsförsäkringar had problems accessing their banks' services.

- It is unfortunately the case that we have disruptions today as well.

Right now we have full focus on solving this so our customers have access to our services, says Ralf Bagner at Swedbank's press department.

- Some can use the internet bank, others can not.

We are working full time to solve this and we have a good overview of the problem, says Ralf Bagner who does not want to go into more detail on the cause of the disturbances.

There is currently no forecast for when the problem can be solved.

Continued problems on Tuesday night

At 21.00 on Tuesday evening, Swedbank replies that there are still problems for some bank customers to log in to the bank.
