Gelsenkirchen (AP) - The comeback of Klaas-Jan Huntelaar at FC Schalke could be delayed further.

The 37-year-old striker, whom the bottom of the Bundesliga table had brought back from Ajax Amsterdam the week before, only took part in team training for the first 15 minutes on Wednesday.

Due to calf problems, the Dutchman had already missed his team's games against Cologne (1: 2) and Bayern Munich (0: 4).

In contrast, coach Christian Gross can again plan with Sead Kolasinac for the game on Saturday (3:30 p.m.) at Werder Bremen.

The defender, on loan from Arsenal FC, has apparently overcome his hamstring injury and survived training without any apparent problems.

Also there was the third new signing William, whom FC Schalke signed on loan from VfL Wolfsburg until the end of the season.
