January 26, 2021 With the accusation, for various reasons, of having committed crimes against the public administration and against property, eleven people (including some public officials) were arrested and placed under house arrest by the Guardia di Finanza as part of a investigation coordinated by the Procura della Repubblica of Matera. The operation involves one hundred soldiers of the Yellow Flames between the provinces of Potenza, Matera, Taranto, Caserta, Rome, Milan and Turin. Seizures are underway for a total value of 8.2 million euros.
The orders for the eleven house arrest, carried out this morning by the Guardia di Finanza, were issued by the investigating judge of Matera.
