The Marguerite-de-Valois high school in Angoulême is in shock.

This Monday evening around 10:30 p.m., a high school student threw herself from a window on the third floor of the boarding school located in Charente.

Very seriously injured, she was hospitalized at the Poitiers CHU in "absolute urgency", according to the

Charente Libre.

The teenager, a 17-year-old intern was rescued by firefighters and Samu.

She was conscious.

For now, the reasons for his gesture remain unknown.
