Deprived of his civic rights for five years

Now working as a carpenter after having resigned from the gendarmerie, the defendant was sentenced to nine months in prison.

He is also prohibited from exercising his civic rights for five years and will never again be able to exercise the profession of police or gendarme.

He will also have to pay 2,000 euros in damages to the victim.
