The facts took place on July 18, 2020 in the north of Finistère.
That day, a young woman, who fell into drugs before becoming a prostitute, had come to file a complaint for violence she had suffered due to an unpaid debt.

The gendarme then took the opportunity to recontact her on Snapchat to ask for naked photos.

The young woman then alerted her father, who prompted her to file a complaint.
Deprived of his civic rights for five years
Now working as a carpenter after having resigned from the gendarmerie, the defendant was sentenced to nine months in prison.
He is also prohibited from exercising his civic rights for five years and will never again be able to exercise the profession of police or gendarme.
He will also have to pay 2,000 euros in damages to the victim.
