Munich (dpa / lby) - Within two hours, a man at Munich Central Station committed three thefts.

Because a ban and a dismissal did not help and he still stole, the 60-year-old finally came into custody.

According to the Federal Police on Monday, the man first emptied beverage cans from a refrigerated shelf in a shop on Sunday evening to put them in a deposit machine.

The perpetrator was banned from the house and could leave.

A few minutes later he tried to steal socks in front of the police in the shop.

Shortly afterwards, he is said to have stolen two backpacks from a woman.

The homeless man is now in jail for theft, property damage, attempted fraud and trespassing.
