Innernzell (dpa / lby) - A man attacked his own mother in Lower Bavaria and rioted in her house and later in a detention cell.
The 32-year-old first hit his mother with a glass bottle in Innernzell (Freyung-Grafenau district) and hit her on the head, the police said on Monday.
After that he kicked the kitchen door on Sunday, among other things.
When the 59-year-old mother called the police, the son tried to escape using a tractor.
According to the investigators, he was drunk.
He landed with the vehicle on a slippery road in the ditch.
The police finally arrested him.
The man later hit, kicked and spat against a patrol car, according to police reports.
While in custody, he is said to have urinated and rioted in a prison cell.
The reason for his freaking out was initially unknown.
The police suspect that his alcohol and drug abuse played a role.
Several criminal charges await him.
