"Moscow courts issued 30 decisions on the appointment of administrative arrests and 64 decisions on the appointment of administrative fines to citizens who committed administrative offenses during a public event in the center of the capital on January 23," the press service said.

On January 23, uncoordinated rallies were held in a number of Russian cities, including Moscow.

In the capital there were clashes with the police, the UK opened criminal cases under the articles "Use of violence against a representative of the authorities", "Intentional destruction or damage to property" and "Hooliganism".
