Lübeck (dpa / lno) - Patrick Hobsch has returned to the team training of the third division soccer club VfB Lübeck.

The striker had been suspended for a week for disciplinary reasons.

«The matter is ticked.

Patrick handled the situation well.

We have had sensible discussions, ”said VfB sporting director Rocco Leeser on Monday.

“I had to accept the punishment, even if the problem was caused by differences between my agent and the club.

But I just had to stand up for that, »Hobsch explained.

The 26-year-old emphasized that he did not want to leave VfB during the winter break.

«I feel at home in Lübeck and would like to stay here.

There have been no talks with other clubs, ”said Hobsch, who has played for VfB since 2018 and has scored 16 goals in 47 competitive games.
