On December 3, 2019, Emilia Lundberg was found dead at Vramsån in Tollarp after having been missing for eleven days.

The man in his 20s has undergone a forensic psychiatric examination.
However, the investigation showed that the man did not suffer from any mental disorder.
The convicted man has always denied the accusations and his lawyer has always said that they will appeal the verdict.
