During Sunday, several injured animals were found on roads in Västerbotten and in Västernorrland.

In Västerbotten, four injured deer have been found, one injured reindeer and one dead reindeer.
In Västernorrland, two injured deer and an injured elk calf have been found.

These injured animals have never been reported to the police, which means that they are tormented and suffer longer than necessary.

It is your duty to call the police as soon as you can.
Do not subject animals to unnecessary suffering.
In addition to these infections, a lot of wildlife accidents have occurred in Jämtland, Västerbotten and Västernorrland that have been reported to the police.

If you drive on an animal, you have to mark the place as well, says Glaas.
