The popularity of Emmanuel Macron recorded a slight increase in January (+2 points in one month) to stand at 40%, while that of his Prime Minister remains stable at 37%, according to an Ifop poll for the JDD published. Sunday.

The President of the Republic has 58% of "dissatisfied", down two points in one month.

The "dissatisfied" of Jean Castex are also down: 58%, that is to say a point less than a month ago.

At this stage of his mandate, the popularity of Emmanuel Macron remains higher than that of his immediate predecessors François Hollande (24%) and Nicolas Sarkozy (30%).

The Head of State also collects 79% of "satisfied" with his action among his voters in the first round of the 2017 presidential election, up 4 points.

Survey conducted online from January 15 to 21 among 1,913 people aged 18 and over using the quota method.

Margin of error of 1 to 2.3 points.
