It all happened in November 2020 on highway 55 at Eldsundsplan in Strängnäs.
According to the criminal injunction that describes the incident, the police who drove the car seriously broke their attention and drove over into the carriageway for oncoming traffic.
The crash then took place when the police are said to have "collided with an oncoming bus".
The heading is negligence in traffic and the penalty will be a daily fine of a total of SEK 12,000.
