His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, issued a decree appointing Awad Saghir Al Ketbi as Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, and Dr. Alawi Sheikh Ali as Deputy Director General.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, expressed his wishes for Awad Al Ketbi and Dr. Alawi Sheikh Ali for success in advancing the development of the health sector and enhancing its capabilities.
Awad Al-Kutbi held the position of Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector at the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, and held many executive positions in the Emirate of Dubai, and has a long experience in the field of management spanning more than 25 years, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Schiller International University in the United Kingdom.
