Al-Qassab expressed his great joy at His Highness’s interest in the story, which indicates his admiration for his behavior and his commitment as a government employee to provide assistance to others.

According to Al-Qassab, the journalist went to ask him about help after discovering that she forgot her wallet at home, and found a Nol card for paying metro transportation fees without a balance, to ask him to solve her problem.

Al-Qassab stated that he did not hesitate to help her and pay the fees on her behalf, especially since these situations happen from time to time, stressing that he feels comfortable when he helps people who need help at some point.

Al-Qassab said that he learned from his youth the love of people and the necessity of helping them, and that he was brought up to provide aid to anyone regardless of his gender, color, religion and position, stressing that "these are the morals of Zayed's children" who were brought up to give and provide assistance to others.

Al-Qassab said that he often does not like to mention what he is doing to help others because he considers this a natural and simple matter, and that his behavior is a good deed that should not be boastful about announcing it, adding that he was surprised by the journalist publishing the story.

The 20-year-old Al-Qassab works in the customer assistance department at the Emirates Towers metro station, and expressed his love for his work due to the daily interaction with community members as his work requires doing everything necessary to facilitate the use of passengers for the metro service and solve any problem they encounter while they are at the station site.
