In a video posted on his Twitter account, Emmanuel Macron addressed the victims of sexual violence against minors.

While the Duhamel affair brought these acts back to the forefront of the media, the Head of State welcomed the release of speech in France.

"We are here. We are listening to you. We believe you. And you will never be alone again," Emmanuel Macron said on Saturday to victims of sexual violence against minors, in a video posted on his account.

"Shame is changing sides today", added the Head of State, welcoming that "the word, everywhere in France, is free" and that "the silence built by criminals and successive cowardice, finally, explode ".

Shattered lives in the sanctuary of a child's room.

Stolen childhoods during family vacations, or times that should have been innocent and led to the worst.

Today, the word is free.

Thanks to courage.
