“We participated in the opening of this center a month and a half ago,” said the head of the CPVS department, Captain 1st Rank Nikolai Lebed.
He said that "after that it was decided to hold a humanitarian action and help children who suffered during the war."
“In addition, we prepared small sweet gifts from our officers of the center and the group.
We cannot help the children, but we would like to please them a little, ”Lebed added.
