Berlin (dpa / bb) - After the attack on a man in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen, who was seriously injured, the alleged perpetrator turned himself in to the police.
He was arrested and should be brought before a judge on Saturday, the officials said.
The two men, aged 38 and 44, reportedly quarreled on Friday at the intersection of Behmstrasse and Jülicher Strasse.
The younger one is said to have inflicted life-threatening stab wounds on the older one.
The seriously injured man had to undergo emergency surgery in the hospital.
The alleged attacker initially fled.
The reasons for the dispute and the exact course were initially unclear.
