Clermont welcomes Auxerre on Saturday in the shock of the 21st day of Ligue 2, marked by the perilous trip from Toulouse to Sochaux in the closing match on Monday.

Scheduled for the opening, this shock will have the stake of keeping the Auvergne on the podium, while the Burgundians will seek to dislodge their hosts.

The Auxerrois, fourth, have been surfing thirteen unbeaten matches in Ligue 2 since October 24 (7 wins and six draws), and remain on a success in the Coupe de France against Troyes (1-0).

With 36 points on the clock, they point to a unit from Clermont which has just pulverized Dunkirk (5-0) during the previous day.

The leader Troyes, eliminated in the 8th round of the Coupe de France, will seek to rebound on the lawn of the penultimate Pau.

Delicate move, on the other hand, for his runner-up Toulouse who will face Sochaux, 7th, at the end of the 21st day (Monday, 8:45 p.m.) in order to stay in contact with the Trojans.

In ambush, Grenoble, opposed at home to Chambly (17th), will aim for nothing other than the three points of victory to stay in the leading peloton.

To also follow the duel at the Charléty stadium between Paris FC of René Girard, 6th, and the former resident of L1 Amiens, 8th, two teams which are evolving far from their ambitions at the start of the season.

Another former elite resident, Caen, 9th, will welcome Rodez, 18th and current L2-National barrage, to hook up the first wagon.
