Zelensky will also hold a meeting on the prevention of such emergencies.

On January 21, a fire broke out in Kharkiv in a two-story residential building converted into a nursing home, as a result of which at least 15 people died, 11 people were injured.

The preliminary cause of the tragedy is considered to be careless handling of electric heating devices.

Local authorities said that a nursing home that burned down in Kharkiv worked illegally.

As part of the investigation of the criminal case, the owner of the house where the fire occurred, the tenant of the building and the administrator of the nursing home were detained.
