Potsdam (dpa / bb) - Goalkeeper Vanessa Fischer has prematurely extended her contract with Turbine Potsdam, which expires in June 2022.

The women's Bundesliga club announced this on Friday without going into the length of the new contract.

The former U20 national goalkeeper is currently out due to a shoulder operation.

As a replacement for them, the Potsdam women signed Emma Lind from Sweden at the beginning of the year.

“I am very happy to be able to wear the Turbine jersey in the years to come.

I would like to be a support to achieve the goals of the association, but also to further advance my personal development.

I feel very comfortable here at Turbine and have grown up with the club in the 10 years that I have been here », the 22-year-old fisherman is quoted in the club's announcement.
