"The experiment on VAT refund to foreigners when exporting goods purchased in Russia outside the Eurasian Economic Union (tax-free) is extended until December 31, 2021," the statement on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers said.
The tax-free system began operating in Russia in 2018.
