"On the 134th km of the P255 Siberia highway, the driver of a Subaru Forester born in 1955, following from Kemerovo in the direction of Novosibirsk, collided with a KamAZ car moving in the opposite direction while overtaking three vehicles," RIA Novosti reported.
It is noted that several more cars and trucks, including UAZ "Russian Post" and a truck carrying cars, got into the accident.
As a result of the accident, the Subaru driver died on the spot, and the 19-year-old KamAZ driver received a head injury.
Currently, traffic police officers are establishing the reasons and circumstances of the incident.
Earlier, on Grazhdansky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, a passenger car driver crashed into five cars at a traffic light.
