from the prosecutor's office in Montpellier.
The victim, who died instantly, was hit twice in the thorax, and once in the head.
An investigation by the gendarmerie was opened.
The circumstances of the tragedy remain to be determined: according to the first elements communicated by the prosecution, a dispute between neighbors, which would have degenerated, would be likely to be at the origin of the facts.
The noise, generated by the quarrel between a man and a woman, would be the cause of the violent altercation.
Two people were taken into custody.
The main suspect can only be heard when he comes out of his sobering-up cell.
