The highest student debts are on average found in Solna, Stockholm, Lund and Uppsala, according to statistics from CSN.
For the whole country, the average debt is SEK 143,265.
The corresponding figures for Östergötland are SEK 140,483.
They have the highest average debt in Stockholm County with SEK 158,159.
CSN is now sending out debt notices to almost 1.7 million people.
