On January 19, on the last day of the Trump administration, US Secretary of State Pompeo took his doomsday madness to the extreme, announcing that the Chinese government had committed crimes against humanity against Uighurs and other ethnic and religious minorities in Xinjiang. ", "genocide was implemented."

This kind of naked lie is full of fallacies and cannot withstand any scrutiny. It is the "last madness" of Pompeo's chaos and anti-China, destined to be swept into the garbage dump of history.

  1. To concoct all charges against China

As we all know, the United States has been concocting lies on Xinjiang-related issues in recent years, such as the so-called "re-education camps" and "forced labor."

The US public action to concoct "genocide" against China generally began at the end of June 2020. The main symbol is the so-called "genocide" issued by the Jamestown Foundation of the United States on June 29, 2020 and invented by the German anti-China scholar Adrian Zenz. Research report" and a report issued by the Associated Press that day.

Zheng Guoen's core view is that the Chinese government is suspected of carrying out "genocide" against ethnic minorities in Xinjiang.

After Zheng Guoen’s "research report" was released, dignitaries in the U.S. Congress including Pompeo, U.S. State Department Ambassador for International Religious Freedom Brownback, Senator Rubio, Congressman McGovern, etc., and Anti-China organizations, including the China Policy Transnational Parliamentary Union, and the “Current China Threat Committee,” quickly joined the hype and talked about the so-called “genocide” issue.

Since then, the above-mentioned forces and the "East Turkistan" forces have continued to urge the governments of the United States and other Western countries to formally "convict" China.

For example, Rubio, McGovern and U.S. Senators Corning and Menendez passed joint letters and congressional resolutions to request the U.S. government to recognize the Chinese government’s policies on Xinjiang as "genocide."

On January 14, the US "Congress and Administration China Committee" released its 2020 annual report, recommending that the US government "issue a formal statement to determine whether Xinjiang is committing atrocities including crimes against humanity and genocide."

It can be said that in order to black label and buckle China, Pompeo and other US anti-China forces have used everything.

  2. No amount of lies can deny the facts

  Facts speak louder than words.

The Chinese government's policy of governing Xinjiang is a policy of stabilizing the border and benefiting the people. The "genocide" lies concocted by the US anti-China forces are full of fallacies and expose their sinister intentions.

Taking the population of Xinjiang that Zheng Guoen and others are holding on as an example, the natural population growth rate of Xinjiang, especially the population growth rate of ethnic minorities, has remained stable in recent years, and there is no sign of the “straight decline” that Zheng Guoen called.

According to statistics, from 2010 to 2018, the total population of Xinjiang at the end of the year increased from 21,815,800 to 24,867,600, an increase of 3.0518 million or 13.99%.

Among them, the population of ethnic minorities increased from 12,985,900 to 15,860,800, an increase of 2,874,900, an increase of 22.14%.

In terms of the Uyghur population, this time period increased from 10.171,500 to 12.7184 million, an increase of 2.5469 million or 25.04%.

It can be seen that the growth rate of the Uyghur population is not only higher than the average growth rate of the entire Xinjiang population, but also higher than the growth rate of the minority population.

In addition to the natural population growth rate, the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang have also received care and assistance from the national policy level in terms of education, religious belief rights, and political rights. They have obtained considerable development and comprehensive protection. The "genocide" lies are self-defeating.

In terms of education, in order to promote the education level of ethnic minorities and the quality of the population, the Chinese government has long adopted special care policies for ethnic minorities, and the right to education of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang has been fully guaranteed and embodied.

According to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Education Development Statistical Bulletin 2019 issued by the Education Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in April 2020, there were 6.4142 million students in various schools in Xinjiang (including the Corps and excluding technical schools) in 2019, a few of them There are 4,791,100 ethnic minorities, accounting for 74.7% of the students in the district.

In terms of higher education, the district enrolled a total of 144,900 students in general undergraduates and colleges, of which 84,100 were ethnic minorities, accounting for 58.07% of the district’s general undergraduate and college enrollment; there were 427,000 enrolled students, including 249,000 ethnic minorities, accounting for the entire district 58.32% of general undergraduate and junior college students.

In terms of religious belief rights, the legal religious belief rights of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang are not only fully guaranteed, but also substantive support at the national level.

According to statistics, Xinjiang currently has 24,400 mosques, a 10-fold increase from 40 years ago. On average, every 530 Muslims own one mosque.

This ratio is higher than that of many Islamic countries. The number of mosques is more than twice that of the United States (about 2,000), Britain (about 1,750), Germany (about 3,000), and France (about 2,500) combined.

In addition, in order to meet the religious needs of Muslims, since 1996, the autonomous region government has chartered planes to organize religious people to go to Mecca, Saudi Arabia for hajj, and provide service guarantees for the medical treatment and translation of hajj personnel.

Up to now, more than 50,000 Muslims in Xinjiang have visited Saudi Arabia for pilgrimage.

It can be said that the Chinese government and the government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have made tremendous efforts to protect the legitimate religious rights of ethnic minority Muslims. This is a fact that no one can deny.

In terms of political rights, Xinjiang strictly implements the "Constitution of the People's Republic of China" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Regional Ethnic Autonomy", strictly implements the system of regional ethnic autonomy, and effectively guarantees the rights of people of all ethnic groups to participate in the management of state affairs on an equal footing and to independently manage the ethnic groups in the region The right to affairs.

Since the day of peaceful liberation in 1949, Xinjiang has actively pursued the "universal and large number of ethnic minority cadres policy" to protect the political rights of ethnic minorities.

Driven by the policy, according to statistics, from the peaceful liberation of Xinjiang in 1949 to the establishment of the autonomous region in 1955, the number of ethnic minority cadres in Xinjiang grew from more than 3,000 to 46,000.

After the reform and opening up, Xinjiang minority cadres have made considerable progress.

As of 2018, there were 428,000 ethnic minority cadres in Xinjiang's enterprises and institutions, accounting for 50.3% of the total number of cadres in Xinjiang. Among them, 233,000 ethnic minority female cadres, accounting for 51.8% of the total number of female cadres in Xinjiang.

In Xinjiang, the chairman of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the Autonomous Region, the Chairman of the Autonomous Region, and the Chairman of the CPPCC of the Autonomous Region are all held by ethnic minority cadres. The governors of autonomous prefectures and the heads of autonomous counties are all held by citizens of ethnic groups implementing regional autonomy. Chief) is held by a minority cadre, and the county (city, district) party and government chief is generally held by a minority cadre; among the deputies to the 13th People’s Congress of the Autonomous Region, 62.1% of the deputies of ethnic minorities account for 62.1% of the members of the 13th CPPCC National committees accounted for 46.7%.

The above facts show that since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the comprehensive development of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, especially the ethnic minorities, has been greatly improved. Not only has the total population increased substantially, but also the rights to education, religious beliefs, and politics. It has also been fully guaranteed and developed.

The all-round development and progress of ethnic minorities promoted by this policy is very rare in the development history of all countries in the world, and it is beyond the imagination of American politicians who have long been racially discriminated in their own countries.

Obviously, the so-called "genocide" issue in Xinjiang is a blatant lie and totally untenable.

  3. The lies expose the madness after the loss of sanity

In fact, Pompeo, Zheng Guoen and the like also understand that no matter how this kind of "genocide" lies are packaged, they are ultimately lies and cannot stand scrutiny.

However, American anti-China forces do not care whether their lies can withstand scrutiny, because they have long been lying.

As Pompeo said in his previous speech, "We lie, we deceive, we steal, and we also have a course to teach these. This is the glory of America's continuous exploration and progress." They concocted the purpose of "genocide" lies. Instead of fabricating lies, they use lies, that is, to smear China's image by concocting "genocide" lies, "down" China in public opinion and morality, and then, while damaging Xinjiang, carry out diplomatic containment and strategic suppression of China And disintegration.

As we all know, in recent years, from so-called "re-education camps" to "forced labor", from various so-called "research reports" to so-called "Xinjiang internal documents", American anti-China forces have set off rounds after another in the international community. Xinjiang-related anti-propaganda.

On the basis of continuous distortions and smears of the Chinese government’s Xinjiang policies, from the "Uyghur Human Rights Policy Law", the "Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act" and other Xinjiang-related laws to the recent increase in Xinjiang-related sanctions, to international and multilateral occasions. Various diplomatic attacks and sow discords, the United States has continuously strengthened and upgraded its "Xinjiang card" against China.

Compared with lies such as "re-education camps" and "forced labor", "genocide" is obviously more vicious, more deceptive and "lethal".

Although the so-called "genocide theory" in Xinjiang is full of lies and fallacies, Pompeo and his like still attempt to discredit China's international image by manipulating international public opinion and using such malicious hype without a bottom line.

Obviously, this kind of wanton fabricating charges of chaos and anti-China, taking the opportunity to smear China, diplomatic containment, strategic suppression, and disintegration seriously violates international law and the basic norms of international relations. It can be said that it is unfounded, unreasonable and unreasonable. The lack of understanding reflects that Pompeo and his like have lost their basic sanity in order to suppress China and fell into the "last madness."

In fact, concocting crimes against other countries and then maliciously suppressing them is the usual tactics of Pompeo and his like in dealing with international affairs. For this reason, they often make false statements and act recklessly.

Take the so-called “forced labor” and related sanctions recently concocted by the United States on Xinjiang-related issues as an example. After the Andijan Incident in 2005, the relationship between the United States and Uzbekistan deteriorated sharply. In order to put pressure on Uzbekistan, the United States made the country’s cotton in 2010. And related products are identified as "forced labor products" and then import restrictions are imposed.

Affected by this, at one time more than 300 well-known American and Western brand companies participated in the boycott of Uzbekistan cotton products.

In the 1930s, in order to suppress the Soviet Union, the United States also slandered some Soviet products as "forced labor products" and imposed import restrictions.

On the issue of counter-terrorism, the Trump administration also uses its own private as the yardstick, arbitrarily identifying other countries as “terrorist countries”, and decides whether to organize a certain organization on the basis of whether it threatens the interests of the United States or whether it can harm the interests of rival countries. Recognized as a terrorist organization.

Recently, in order to terrorize China, the United States has ignored the fact that the "East Turkistan Islamic Movement" ("Eastern Islamic Movement") and "Al-Qaida" and other international terrorist organizations colluded with each other and carried out joint terrorism. The fact that the United Nations, Russia, the European Union, the United Kingdom and many other international organizations and countries are included in the list of terrorist organizations openly revoked the previous decision to identify the "Eastern Iraqi Movement" as a terrorist organization.

In recent days, the United States once again brought its wanton and reckless behavior to the extreme, unilaterally relisting Cuba as a "terrorist country."

It can be said that the United States has reached the point of unscrupulous and lawlessness in concocting crimes against other countries.

It can be seen from this that the process of concocting China for "genocide" is also a process in which Pompeo and his like continue to lose their minds and fall into madness for chaos and anti-China. It also reflects the consistent American bullying style in the international community. .

Obviously, this kind of madness of reversing black and white and recklessly violates international law and the basic norms of international relations. It is destined to be unpopular and impractical.
