Catalonia. Legal advisers warned the Government not to suspend the elections for "political opportunism"
Analysis: The botch of the suspension of the elections leaves Catalonia in limbo
PSC and ERC would dispute the victory of the Catalan elections, since the Republicans would obtain between 31 and 33 seats, and the Socialists between 30 and 35, according to the pre-election survey of the Center for Sociological Research (CIS) published this Thursday.
The survey places JxCat as the third force with between 20 and 27 seats, followed by Cs (13-15), the commons (9-12), Vox (6-10), CUP (8-11) and PP (7) .
With this estimate, the pro-independence movement would not have an absolute majority - fixed at 68 seats - as it would obtain 59 deputies in its lowest bracket, but it would reach 71 and the majority in the highest prediction, and there could also be a alternative majority between ERC, PSC and the comuns, although both republicans and socialists reject this option.
