"Internet sites will be brought to administrative responsibility in connection with the dissemination of information prohibited by law and aimed at attracting minors to participate in unauthorized mass, public events," the statement said.
The department noted that participation in such events, including in a pandemic, carries risks of harm to life and health.
Earlier it was reported that Roskomnadzor sent a request to TikTok to stop disseminating information aimed at involving minors in illegal actions.
Along with this, the leadership of VKontakte was also sent a demand to prevent the involvement of minors in the commission of illegal actions.
