Kiel (dpa / lno) - After a long tug of war about the future property tax on real estate, the Jamaica coalition in Schleswig-Holstein has apparently reached an agreement.
"It will amount to the federal model," said the CDU finance politician Ole-Christopher Plambeck on Thursday the German press agency.
This had already crystallized in December.
Finance Minister Monika Heinold from the Greens had always insisted on a value-based component.
The federal model is based on the value and the area of a property.
But it is considered complicated.
In 2018, the Federal Constitutional Court declared the current tax model to be unconstitutional.
The tax must therefore be calculated according to a new system from 2025.
