Husband is said to have killed his wife after separation: process

Erfurt (dpa / th) - A 49-year-old is said to have deliberately hit his wife in the car two years after the separation and killed her.

As of today, he has to answer before the Erfurt Regional Court, among other things, for murder.

The public prosecutor's office accuses the German citizen of having hit the 40-year-old in July last year when she was cycling in Arnstadt. He is said to have rammed her at a speed of at least 70 kilometers per hour. The woman fell and was so badly injured that she died in hospital that same day. According to the prosecutor, the couple had two children together. They lived with their mother since the separation.
