Zhao Ying pointed out that Daxing Airport and Capital Airport have the same standards and measures in terms of epidemic prevention and control.
One is to strictly implement the code checking and temperature measurement of all personnel entering the terminal.
The second is to strengthen the disinfection of passenger high-frequency contact equipment and facilities and the ventilation in the terminal building, and conduct environmental sampling and testing at 300 points in the terminal building, parking building, airport bus, and cargo area every week. Capital Airport conducts normalized nucleic acid testing in the disposal area
In March last year, the Capital Airport used T3-D as a special area for handling international inbound flights in accordance with the capital’s strict entry-to-Beijing management joint prevention and joint control coordination mechanism and relevant requirements of the higher authorities.
Zhao Ying introduced that the T3-D disposal area is an independent terminal in space.
Incoming passengers will be transferred out of the airport by a special transfer bus after completing the immigration procedures in the handling area, and there will be no contact with other passengers during the whole process.
She stated that the Capital Airport has adopted the “one flight, one disinfection” approach to all service facilities and venues in the disposal area. After the guarantee of each flight, it will immediately treat the ground, toilets, service counters, elevators, Handrails, drinking fountains, etc. are completely disinfected, and passenger transfer buses are also completely disinfected in accordance with "special shifts and special disinfection".
In addition, the Capital Airport will conduct normalized nucleic acid testing in the disposal area and passenger transfer bus compartments.

Zhao Ying said that personnel entering the disposal area will be strictly controlled. All personnel must wear disposable rubber or PVC gloves, N95, KN95 and above masks, fully enclosed goggles, medical disposable protective clothing and waterproof Boots and other protective measures, and nucleic acid tests are performed on all staff in accordance with the standards of no less than "Monday testing". The test results so far have been negative.
Capital Airport conducts nucleic acid tests on employees in cargo areas every week
In response to the current special situation of epidemic prevention and control, the Capital Airport has further refined the standards and measures for the prevention and control of cargo epidemics, and strictly abides by the principle of "three equals, three reinforcements, and four fixes" for management.
The “three equals” means that the prevention and control measures at the entrance of the cargo area are equivalent to the normalized prevention and control at the entrance of the terminal, including temperature measurement and code verification; the protection standards for personnel in the cargo area are equivalent to those for the terminal; international cargo and domestic cold The prevention and control standards for chain goods are equivalent to the prevention and control standards for imported cold chain goods.
The "three enhancements" are to strengthen personnel screening, strictly implement temperature measurement and code verification, and conduct nucleic acid tests on employees in the freight area every week, and the current test results are all negative; strengthen standardized operations.
Strictly implement four comprehensive disinfection of international cargo and cold chain cargo, and strictly enforce the operational standards of front-line personnel in freight transportation, loading and unloading, storage, etc.; strengthen environmental disinfection monitoring.
Strengthen the frequency of disinfection of the freight environment, cold chain operation sites, staff restrooms, toilets, etc.; weekly environmental tests are carried out, and all current sampling results are negative.
"Four fixed" means that the operator is fixed.
Cold chain cargo employees have fixed positions and do not work with non-cold chain cargo employees; the work site is fixed.
All cold chain goods shall be placed in a centralized storage area according to the attributes of the fresh cold chain goods to achieve physical isolation and clear identification; fixed production equipment.
Forklifts and other handling equipment and tools dedicated to cold chain goods are separated from other goods operations; the rest area is fixed.
Establish independent rest areas and dining areas for personnel who directly contact cold chain goods, and do not cross contact with other employees in the cargo terminal.
