Schleswig (dpa / lno) - A hairdressing salon and a golf course operator from Schleswig-Holstein have failed with urgent applications against bans as part of the corona lockdown before the higher administrative court.

The responsible 3rd Senate rejected their applications on Thursday against the ban on services with physical contact or the ban on operating sports facilities, as a court spokesman announced.

According to the judges, there are many indications that the regulations of the Corona Ordinance would withstand legal review in the main proceedings.

The judges consider the interference with the plaintiffs' fundamental rights to be justified in view of the current nationwide incidence values for new infections and the health risk that the Robert Koch Institute considers to be very high.

According to the Higher Administrative Court, the decisions are incontestable (Ref .: 3 MR 1/21 and 3 MR 2/21).

The state government wants to extend the corona rules, which have been limited to the end of January, until mid-February.

During this time, hairdressers, among other things, must remain closed.

Golf courses are also not allowed to open.
