Kiel (dpa / lno) - In Schleswig-Holstein, 523 new corona cases were registered within 24 hours.
A week earlier there had been 425 new infections.
The number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants within a week rose further on Thursday - to 91.8 (Wednesday: 88.3).
This emerges from data that the Ministry of Health in Kiel published on Thursday evening (data status: January 21, 2021, 9:11 p.m.).
The number of people who died with or from Corona rose by 18 to 725.
According to the information, 438 corona patients are currently in hospitals in Schleswig-Holstein.
71 receive intensive medical care - 46 with ventilation.
The number of those who have recovered is estimated at around 25,900.
So far there have been 32 805 proven corona infections in the state.
