Leipzig (AP) - Florian Hübner, who came into focus because of allegations of racism, is surprisingly in the starting line-up for the game at RB Leipzig on Wednesday at Bundesliga club 1. FC Union Berlin.

The defender, who got into an argument with Leverkusen's Nadiem Amiri on the previous day, was injured in a training duel on Monday.

Initially, a longer downtime was feared, the club had not announced a diagnosis.

Meanwhile, the control committee of the German Football Association is investigating the allegations against Hübner and Cedric Teuchert, who is also starting in Leipzig.

The panel asked both professionals to comment.

Union had rejected the allegations.

"The investigations are complex and are still ongoing, especially as there are sometimes different presentations of the facts," said the DFB on Wednesday.

At Leipzig, striker Alexander Sörloth gets another chance against Union.

The Norwegian international scored his first Bundesliga goal in the last home game against Borussia Dortmund.

In addition, national player Lukas Klostermann is back in the starting line-up for the first time since mid-October.
