According to the list, Trump did not pardon WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and ex-National Security Agency (NSA) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer Edward Snowden.
In August 2020, CNN reported that prosecutors in New York had filed fraud charges against four individuals, including Bannon, in an online fundraising campaign to build a wall on the US-Mexico border.
