The Russian Embassy sent a note to the State Department due to communication problems

The embassy said that they "drew attention to the difficulties encountered by Russian compatriots in obtaining consular services due to the disconnection of all communication lines."

“We regard the current situation as unacceptable,” the message says.

Earlier, the Consul of the Russian Consulate General in New York, Alexei Topolsky, said that several dozen telephone lines were cut off at the Russian diplomatic mission in New York, which causes the Russian diaspora to face huge problems.
