  The draft amendment proposes that relevant departments should incorporate major accident hidden dangers into relevant information systems, establish and improve governance and supervision systems, and urge the elimination of major accident hidden dangers.

The emergency management department of the State Council takes the lead in establishing a unified national emergency rescue information system for production safety accidents.

  The draft amendment also proposes to intensify humanistic care and protection for employees such as psychological counseling and spiritual comfort to prevent accidents caused by abnormal behavior; to play the role of market mechanism to promote production and operation units in high-risk industries and fields stipulated by the state should Take out safety production liability insurance.

  Huang Ming said that the Safety Production Law was promulgated and implemented in 2002, and two amendments were made in 2009 and 2014, which played an important role in preventing and reducing production safety accidents and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.
