"There are several such developments today - these are just drugs that block the reproduction of the pathogen at one stage or another ... So far, there is still no data after the completion of clinical trials, even the first phase on these drugs, but attention is being paid to them closely," said Murashko.
Earlier, the director of the Gamaleya Center, Alexander Gintsburg, spoke about the development of an antibody-based drug for the treatment of coronavirus infection COVID-19.
According to him, it will not be a pill, but a "cocktail of antibodies", which must be administered intravenously using a dropper.
